On April 9, 2024, Chongqing Lanshan Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lanshan Electronics") signed a cooperation framework agreement with Xinwangda Power Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinwangda Power"). Wen Li, Executive Vice General Manager of Xinwangda Power Automotive Electronics Division, and Li Tao, General Manager of Lanshan Electronics, attended and signed a cooperation agreement as representatives of both companies. According to the agreement, both parties will engage in comprehensive and in-depth cooperation in multiple fields such as BDC and BCM in the future, jointly promoting the vigorous development of the automotive electronics industry.

On March 7, 2024, Li Ting, Secretary of the Party Branch and Chairman of the Talent Development Group in Liangjiang New Area, Chongqing, led the relevant personnel and staff of the Marketing Department and Talent Service Department to conduct a research on Chongqing Lanshan Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lanshan Electronics"). Lanshan Electronics CEO Li Tao, CFO Yang Shuyou and relevant personnel warmly received and participated in the research exchange symposium.

On March 5, 2024, Xu Hongqiu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Liangjiang New Area, Chongqing, and his delegation conducted a research on Chongqing Lanshan Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lanshan Electronics"). Recently, Chongqing Lanshan Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lanshan Electronics") obtained the ISO 26262:2018 Functional Safety ASIL D Process Certification issued by the internationally recognized testing, inspection, and certification body SGS (hereinafter referred to as "SGS"). This certification marks that Lanshan Electronics has established an automotive functional safety product development and management process system that meets the highest "ASIL D" level in accordance with ISO 26262:2018 standard requirements.
