The E14 series is a cost-effective entry-level product series for Lanshan MCU, targeting applications such as body control, digital keys, seat control, wireless charging, thermal management, cabin, and more T-BOX， Intelligent surfaces and various applications of new energy.

This series is equipped with M4F core, with a main frequency of 160MHz, an independent security module, supports asymmetric signatures and services, and provides secure boot, key management, and secure encryption and decryption services.

The E14 series offers 256KB~2MB PFlash, 64KB~256KB RAM, 256KB DFlash, and is equipped with abundant peripherals and I/O resources. This product meets the reliability requirements of AEC-Q100 grade 1 and complies with the functional safety requirements of ISO-26262 ASIL-B products.
