On April 12, 2024, Chongqing Lanshan Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lanshan Electronics") and Jingdian Automotive Electronics (Huizhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jingdian Automotive Electronics") signed a strategic cooperation agreement at Jingdian Automotive Electronics headquarters. Lanshan Electronics focuses on providing customers with high-performance and high reliability automotive chips, continuously launching highly competitive solutions that meet the needs of industrial customers. Jingdian Automotive Electronics is a wholly-owned subsidiary of BOE Jingdian, dedicated to providing excellent in car display solutions, intelligent cockpit systems, and intelligent assisted driving solutions to industry customers. It is BOE's only global Tier 1 in car business platform.
